- All users must conduct their activities on Forexium in accordance with the laws of their respective countries.
- Completing the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process is mandatory. Submitting false data will result in suspension of services, account blocking, or referral to the relevant authorities.
- Each user is permitted to complete authentication only once and must use Forexium services exclusively for their own purposes. Shared use or transferring access is strictly prohibited.
- The name on the bank account/card, identity documents, and profile details must match. Otherwise, deposits or withdrawals will be declined.
- Users trade with full awareness of market volatility and inherent risks. Forexium Broker bears no responsibility for any profit or loss.
- Safeguarding your email, password, and other login credentials is solely your responsibility. Any negligence and resulting consequences create no liability for Forexium.
- Selecting the correct currency, network, and wallet address for crypto deposits is the user’s duty. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and Forexium is not liable for user mistakes.
- When withdrawing, carefully enter the wallet address and network. In case of incorrect entry, the user shall bear full responsibility for any blocking or loss of assets.
- Users agree not to raise claims or complaints against the company, its management, or staff regarding matters unrelated to Forexium’s services.
- If funds or assets are credited to an account in error, Forexium may deduct or transfer the amount from any of the user’s accounts without prior notice or written consent.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or violation, Forexium may cancel the transaction and restore the balances of both parties to their original state. If the error is attributable to Forexium, the company is obligated to compensate for any damages.
- Any fraud or abuse of the referral system will result in the offending account being blocked and the invitation code revoked.
- Forexium is committed to safeguarding assets with the highest security standards and will compensate for any damages resulting from security breaches.
- Registration and use of Forexium’s services constitute unconditional acceptance of all the above terms.

To meet international Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure the safety of your assets, completing identity verification at Forexium is compulsory. The process includes five steps, each carefully reviewed by our experts:
1. Mobile phone number verification
Enter your mobile number to receive a code. Submitting this code confirms the number as your primary official contact. Please provide a number that is always reachable; Forexium Support will use it if any issue arises.
2. Email address verification
After submitting your email, a confirmation code is sent to your inbox. Enter that code in the designated field to activate the address. Your verified email is our secondary channel for sensitive notifications.
3. Identity document verification
Upload a clear image of your ID card. The system automatically cross-checks the document number with your registered information and verifies authenticity. If details do not match, you will be asked to upload the document again or submit an alternative.
4. Bank card or account verification
The account or card you use for deposits and withdrawals must exactly match the name on your ID card. Each withdrawal request is checked for this consistency to prevent misuse. Once approved, the same account can be used without restriction.
5. Address verification
Enter your province, city, full street address, and postal code in the relevant fields. After submission, your address is confirmed automatically—no additional documents are required.
